RusHOLTS company took part in the RetailTECH 2021
RusHOLTS company took part in the RetailTECH 2021. Industry participants got together at the event to discuss technologies and innovations in modern retail. The extensive Retail TECH 2021 program included a technology exhibition, plenary sessions, speaker presentations, and so on. The RusHOLTS booth was placed on the territory of the exhibition, where we demonstrated our best equipment for retail and IT solutions. In particular, the Vortex Coffee coffee solution was shown.
The autonomous coffee module is equipped with a professional coffee machine, refrigerator, and automatic dispenser for dispensing coffee cups, but also integrated with a bank card payment terminal. In addition, special sensors are installed that allow to fully control the coffee preparation process and service the equipment in automatic mode with minimal staff involvement, collect data to generate a sales report, a downtime report, and many others. The information is available in cloud storage. Sensors transmit information to a centralized monitoring center 24/7, and, if necessary, the operator calls a service engineer.
We also demonstrated how a coffee machine can be used for a loyalty program to increase sales, and among everyone who wanted to taste the aromatic coffee drinks, we organized a lottery and other giveaways. The Vortex Coffee solution is already used by X5 Retail Group, Magnit, VkusVill, Lenta, Azbuka Vkusa, and other famous retail chains.

Among our visitors were CEOs and operational managers of Russian retail companies, sales, marketing and customer loyalty specialists, IT and innovation directors. The purpose of our participation in the RetailTECH 2021 exhibition was to demonstrate the capabilities of modern technologies to automate and develop Russian retail and related areas, and of course, the attraction of new customers, strengthening relationships with existing ones.
