RusHOLTS company took part in the "Smart AZS" conference
RusHOLTS company took part in the "Smart AZS" conference, held within the international exhibition of equipment and technologies for the oil and gas complex "NEFTEGAZ-2021" and the National Oil and Gas Forum. This year the event was structurally and substantively changed, so we got a new discussion and demonstration format, a greater number of practical sessions, training, and seminars.
On the territory of the exhibition complex, we were able to demonstrate Vortex Coffee solution, EasyWC, and EasyLike systems. Moreover, our guests and visitors were shown the operation of the monitoring center and BMS Control solution.

The Vortex Coffee module was equipped with a high-performance WMF coffee machine, a refrigerator, and an automatic dispenser for dispensing coffee cups. Special sensors transmit information about prepared drinks, downtime, and breakdowns to a centralized monitoring center.

Operators monitor the equipment 24/7 and, if necessary, call a service engineer. In addition, in self-service mode, the Vortex Coffee module can be equipped with a credit card terminal and other equipment. For example, a coffee machine can be used as a tool to increase sales and customer loyalty. We did not just treat our guests and visitors with delicious coffee drinks, we raffled off lottery tickets and other pleasant gifts.
The EasyWC solution was presented as a separate module equipped with dispensers for paper towels, paper, soap, and others. All dispensers are connected to a centralized monitoring system. So if any consumable runs out, the staff receives a notification. Moreover, visitors can leave their feedback via the EasyLike service.

The associated business for gas stations has long become its integral part and a certain business-standard. Nowadays, good coffee, fresh bakeries, clean toilets, and other related services are important criteria as well as the quality of the fuel itself.

As our long-term experience shows, the use of technological solutions allows not only to optimize and automate business processes but also to significantly increase profitability and profit indicators, reduce the return of investment and qualitatively affect the loyalty of customers.
