The International Exhibition of Vending Technologies (Vendingexpo) is a key event in Russia. Every year, leading companies present a wide range of equipment, components, and IT solutions for the vending trade market as well as automated and other related services. This year's exhibition and business programs were planned to demonstrate proven products and new developments, also to share experience and best practices of the leading companies and industry experts.

The participation of RusHOLTS company took place at the booth of our partner, Rheavendors Group, a well-known international company that produces and sells vending machines for hot and cold drinks and snacks.

On the territory of the Rheavendors booth, we installed a robotic coffee kiosk to attract the attention of visitors and demonstrate new IT-solutions so visitors of the exhibition were able to get a new experience of serving and preparing coffee. Instead of a real barista, the drinks were prepared by an automatic machine, the preparation and dispensing of glasses were effectively performed by a robot manipulator. Of course, such an interactive performance was very unusual and attracted everyone's attention.

In addition to the robotic kiosk, we presented other solutions at the exhibition:

• Monitoring of coffee equipment;

• Integration with payment systems;
• Functional for the preparation of individual coffee recipes;
• The Team Vortex system, which turns a coffee machine into a gaming machine to stimulate the sales of coffee, related products and increase customer loyalty;
• EasyWC solution.
